Job summary

Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking a Clinical Data Manager II to oversee collection, cleaning, and verification of clinical trial data. You will design eCRFs, develop validation rules, and ensure data integrity across studies in collaboration with investigators, sponsors and vendors.

You will coordinate UAT, manage data discrepancies, and support interim analyses while upholding GCP and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

ACRP or SOCRA certification within 1 year of appointment.
Bachelor’s or higher in science/medical field with 2+ years clinical data management (or Associate’s with 4+ years).
Experience in data management activities: DB locks, data cleaning, query management, data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

Oversee collection, management, quality control, and integrity of clinical trial data.
Coordinate UAT, validation documentation, and ensure systems are fit for study implementation.
Collaborate with sponsors, vendors, investigators, and staff to resolve data issues promptly.
Support interim analyses and study timelines; manage database freeze/lock activities.
Ensure adherence to GCP, regulatory guidelines, and data standards.
