Job summary

The University at Buffalo is seeking a Clinical Data Manager (CDM), a quantitative scientist who will support interdisciplinary collaborations related to clinical data management across the university and with external partners.

In this role you will interface with statisticians and investigators, contribute to study planning, design EDC/eCRFs and database schemas, perform QA/QC, optimize data collection processes, lead data management projects, and train data management staff to uphold data

Qualifications

• Experience with clinical data management in trials.
• Knowledge of data standards and data management plans.

Responsibilities

• Participate in study planning and data management design.
• Assist with study implementation and EDC/eCRF design.
• Perform QA and QC according to GCDMP and plans.
• Assist with data reporting and process optimization.
• Lead data management and statistical projects using PM skills.
• Train and supervise Data Manager Assistants on procedures.
• Help design and implement data management SOPs.
