Job summary

AskBio Inc. in RTP, North Carolina, seeks a Manager, Clinical Data Management to lead data management activities for its clinical trial programs.

You will oversee external and in-house DM work from study setup to database lock, ensure data quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The role reports to the Senior Director, Data Management.

Experience with CDISC standards, Veeva EDC, Medidata Rave, and analytics tools like SAS, SQL, Power BI is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field with at least 6 years of data management in clinical trials.
• Familiarity with Veeva EDC and Medidata Rave.
• Strong knowledge of drug development, regulatory requirements, and statistics.
• Ability to lead in a matrix organization and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data management activities outsourced or in-house from study setup to database lock.
• Develop DMP, database specs, UAT, and data delivery to sites.
• Ensure quality and integrity of databases in AskBio trials.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and support inspections.
• Support health authority inspections and audits.
• Lead content gathering for EDC and other data systems.
• Lead and mentor DM team; ensure timely data delivery.
