Job summary

Merck & Co., Inc. in the United States seeks a Clinical Data Management Analyst to execute end-to-end data management activities for clinical trials, develop tools, and ensure data integrity through review and reconciliation.

The role requires a health sciences background, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment with cross-functional teams across technical and business areas. Prior data analytics experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed in health sciences (medicine, pharmacy, nursing, biological sciences, or related healthcare data sciences).
• Proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end data management activities pertaining to clinical trials.
• Develop, validate, and maintain data management tools and systems.
• Collect and analyze data to ensure data integrity review and reconciliation.
• Manage queries and perform medical coding applying quality criteria since the beginning of the Data Management process.
• Prepare for database lock in compliance with our company SOPs and guidelines.
