Job summary

The START Center for Cancer Research is seeking a Data Coordinator in the Mountain Region (West Valley City, UT). The role focuses on collecting, entering, and transmitting clinical data for investigational drug studies, ensuring accuracy and timely CRF completion.

You will coordinate with study teams, arrange monitor visits, and support regulatory data needs. Qualifications include a High School Diploma/GED, 2 years of data entry experience, and familiarity with clinical data processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of clinical data entry experience.
• Knowledge of general office administration and computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Collect, enter/transcribe, and transmit/submit clinical data for investigational drug studies.
• Receive and request patient records/data from the study team to complete CRFs.
• Review patient data for completeness and accuracy for assigned studies.
• Coordinate and schedule monitor visits, including exit meetings with monitors.
• Identify lab facilities and communicate with Regulatory Affairs to obtain lab certifications.
• Review protocols and ensure data entry remains current for all studies.
• Attend meetings such as site initiation, monitor exit, close-out, and audit preparation.
