Zusammenfassung

The Simons Foundation's SFARI program seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator in New York City to support data activities for clinical cohorts and biorepositories.

You will contribute to QA, standardization, and release of datasets, prepare descriptive statistics, and liaise with researchers to ensure data meets SFARI requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role at the Foundation's New York offices.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Masters degree or 2+ years’ experience in related research or clinical field preferred.
• Experience with human participants research preferred.
• Experience with data entry, scoring and summarizing surveys and ASD instruments is a plus.
• Proficiency with basic data cleaning and preparing descriptive statistics.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to data quality/cleaning and release efforts for SFARI cohorts and other datasets.
• Support data standardization across cohorts and biorepositories.
• Assist with developing and testing data collection and review platforms.
• Assist the Informatics team in gathering requirements for software development related to data collection and release.
• Update SFARI Base documentation and release notes.
• Prepare data for internal and external inquiries, publications, posters, and presentations.
