Job summary

ZS is seeking a Decision Analytics Associate Consultant in the Drug Development Practice to lead workstreams and transform clinical data using analytics and AI-enhanced methods. You will partner with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver high-quality data solutions across Phases I–IV.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in clinical data management or biometrics, strong communication, and a client-first mindset. This hybrid role travels to client sites as needed in the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience directly supporting human clinical trials (Phase I–IV) in data management, statistics, biometrics, or related functions.
• Ability to lead workstreams, gather requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional and client stakeholders.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Lead or co-lead workstreams within engagements, managing timelines and deliverables.
• Drive clinical data and biometrics transformation across data management, statistics, and biostatistics for sponsors and CROs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to ensure data quality and timely submissions.
