Admin and QA Coordinator
Location: Boston, MA
Employment: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Day shift, Category: Quality
Essential Responsibilities
- Perform annual internal audits of procedures and personnel.
- Quality check all research and clinical data files.
- Review and edit multiple documents and generate reports.
- Review analytical plans, reports, and data to ensure they are error free.
- Enact, document, and report on all audits and audit results.
- Review SOPs, GCLP documents, and laboratory personnel performance.
- Review corrective action logs, deviation reports, and associated trending logs.
- Provide direct support to the Director, place and track lab orders, assist with recurring events and meetings, and provide administrative assistance as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of related work experience in administrative and QA/QC.
- Experience with computer systems, including web-based applications and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

Physical Nature of the Job
Sedentary work. Exert up to 10 pounds occasionally in carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling objects. Sitting most of the time; walking and standing occasional.
Pay Range
$24.98 – $33.62 per hour. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate based on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime, and other additional pay practices.
Required Vaccination
All staff required to be vaccinated against influenza (flu) as a condition of employment.
