A leading university in Pittsburgh seeks a Clinical Data Analyst/Bioinformatician to analyze high-throughput omics and clinical data, develop computational pipelines, and collaborate with researchers. This role offers hybrid work options and requires attention to detail.
The University of Pittsburgh is seeking highly skilled and motivated personnel to work on high-throughput data analyses and development of computational pipelines for data processing and visualization. This interdisciplinary and collaborative role involves interaction with experimental and clinical researchers at the VMI. The work may lead to novel hypotheses that can be tested experimentally.
This position offers some remote work options but requires in-person attendance for meetings and seminars at VMI as needed.
Assist in executing research objectives, data collection, and management. Perform routine procedures, statistical and scientific analyses, and reporting. Integrate datasets, conduct descriptive and exploratory analyses, and create reports and analysis tools, adhering to protocols.
Primarily seated work, with some walking to other VMI offices.
