Job summary

Montefiore New Rochelle seeks a Clinical Data Analyst to collect, verify, and submit cardiovascular registry data across multiple databases. You will perform clinical screening, data compilation, and precise entry for all eligible cases.

You will work closely with cardiology teams to identify quality improvement opportunities and support important research projects. A nursing or PA background plus relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.

Responsibilities

## Clinical Data AnalystApply: 6 Executive Plaza: Full time: Posted Today: JR234187**City/State:**Yonkers, New York**Grant Funded:**No**Department:**NPG - Performance Projects 3**Work Shift:**Day**Work Days:**MON-FRI**Scheduled Hours:**8:30 AM-5 PM**Scheduled Daily Hours:**7.5 HOURS**Pay Range:**$105,726.14-$132,157.67**Position Summary**The Clinical Data Analyst primary responsibility is to collect and submit reliable data to the designated data base including National Cardiovascular Data Registry, NY State Department of Health registry, Society for Thoracic Surgeons registry, etc. This is accomplished through high-quality clinical screening, data compilation, documentation and entry into the appropriate database of all eligible cases for the medical center. The Clinical Data Analyst also works closely with the members of the Division of Cardiology to identify opportunities for clinical quality improvement and other special projects as may be identified. **Requirement*** Bachelor Degree Required* PA or RN license and clinical experience involving direct patient care* The individual must have clinical experience involving the direct care of patients as evidenced by an RN, NP or PA degree with prior practical experience. Cardiovascular background preferred.* 3-5 years of experience working in an administrative setting involving organizational skills, independent decision making and interaction with multidisciplinary team members.* Completion of training and through understanding of NCDR, New York Department of Health, and STS TAVR registries.
