• At least 4 years of Program and/or Project management experience, or equivalent education.
• Experience with operational process improvement.
• Managed Care experience in a shared service or matrixed environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Project and Visio.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure well-documented policies and workflows for programs.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert and lead critical programs.
• Ensure timely delivery of data for Risk Adjustment initiatives.
• Enhance data workflows and streamline provider-facing processes.
• Support development of provider education strategies and materials.
• Identify workflow enhancement and automation opportunities.
• Manage program budget and support project prioritization.
• Collaborate to ensure governance standards are upheld.
• Track performance metrics for solutions.
• Coordinate meetings for governance and decision-making.
