Job summary

Family Service League is seeking a full-time Supervisor for our DASH Program in Hauppauge, NY. The Supervisor will provide clinical and administrative oversight to a 24/7 outpatient crisis stabilization program that includes a 24-hour crisis hotline and mobile response team.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package and require a Master's degree with licensure in a clinical field, plus experience in clinic-based settings and staff leadership. Strong communication and IT skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Licensed clinical degree (e.g., Ph.D., Psy.D., LCSW, LMSW, LMHC) required.
• Two years of experience with mental health, substance use, or co‑occurring disorders.
• One year of management experience in clinic-based programs preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills; proficient with computers and EMR.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative oversight to the crisis stabilization program, crisis hotline and mobile response team.
• Oversee staff recruitment, hiring, training, supervision and performance appraisals.
• Rotate on-call responsibilities for the program.
• Ensure programmatic compliance with regulations and agency policies.
• Monitor staffing, scheduling and coverage; provide staff training on policy, EMR, crisis intervention.
• Hold regular team meetings and case conferences; maintain health and safety during emergencies.
• Provide clinical backup when necessary; maintain relationships with local emergency services and hospitals.
• Coordinate with IT regarding technology tools and data reporting.
