Details:

• Title: Clinical Credentialing and Compliance Coordinator

• Notes: Company works in multiple states and settings. With that comes a wide range of compliance requirements depending on what state you are in and what position you are credentialing for. Will need to understand that and can handle the range of requirements.

About the Role:

The Clinical Credentialing and Compliance Coordinator is responsible for supporting and maintaining the initial and ongoing credentialing processes for all clinical staff and organizational locations. This role ensures compliance with licensing, regulatory, and accreditation standards, contributing to high-quality and legally compliant clinical operations.

Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience/Education:

1. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

2. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

3. 3 years of compliance experience in a clinical environment.

4. Ability to cope with ambiguous, changing environment while under pressure

5. Must be able to work as a team member and develop productive and cooperative working relationships with all team member
