Job summary

WestCare Foundation in Illinois seeks a seasoned supervisor to provide direct clinical supervision and training for counseling staff. You will oversee intake, treatment planning, and program adherence while delivering individual and group counseling, case management, education, and community outreach services.

The role requires licensure or certification as CADC, LPC/LCPC, psychologist, physician or social worker, plus 2 years of counseling experience.

Qualifications

• Master's or bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must hold one of: CADC, LPC/LCPC, physician, psychologist, social worker, or equivalent licensure.
• Two years of alcohol and substance abuse counseling experience.
• Bilingual is preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and required clearances.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision of counselors and monitor program adherence.
• Conduct monthly quality assurance reviews of treatment case files.
• Facilitate groups, family groups, and counseling sessions for clients.
• Oversee intake/orientation and develop/update Individual Treatment Plans.
• Support data collection and complete Quality Improvement reports.
• Interact with criminal justice/referral sources as needed.
