Blue Shield of CA seeks a Program Manager Clinical, Consultant (Line of Business) to analyze clinical and financial data, lead cost-improvement projects, and communicate insights to stakeholders. You will facilitate cross-functional discussions and drive system-level initiatives for employer-funded health plans.

The role emphasizes leadership development, ownership of end-to-end task force activities, and the ability to influence actions through data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HS Diploma/GED with 4 years of related experience or equivalent training.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• Current California LVN, RN, NP, or PA license.
• Familiarity with healthcare data and CA delivery system preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to lead cross-functional discussions.

• Analyze clinical and financial data to identify trends and opportunities to improve care and reduce costs.

• Develop presentations with clinical insights and recommended actions.
