Easterseals NH in Manchester, NH is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to assess individuals and contribute to treatment plans while ensuring program/state compliance. The role involves delivering therapeutic services across settings and supervising clinical staff.

Responsibilities include coordinating treatment plans, on-call assessments, and staff education on trauma-informed care, with a strong emphasis on compliance, documentation, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, mental health or related field.
• License in Clinical Mental Health or Licensed Social Work.
• Minimum three (3) years related experience.
• Extensive program and clinical training.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, train and supervise clinical staff.
• Assist in Program Development.
• Provide clinical supervision to mental health interns and clinicians; promote Trauma Informed Treatment.
• Write assessments and contribute to treatment plan development.
• Coordinate all aspects of treatment plans per state regulations; provide therapeutic treatment in various settings.
• Accept referrals, conduct intakes and assign clinicians to providers and youths; coordinate treatment teams.
• Educate group leaders, therapists, case managers and instructors on treatment plans.
• Review monthly reports and coordinate treatment plan reviews; ensure compliance and documentation.
• Establish relationships with consultants; ensure compliance with licensing standards and policies; complete documentation.
• Attend meetings and promote positive relations with residences, communities and funding agencies; provide emergency on-call services.
• Engage in integrated community activities and be available for emergency schedules.
