Easter Seals New Hampshire, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to assess individuals, develop treatment plans, and ensure compliance with program and state regulations.

This role involves supervising clinical staff, coordinating treatment plans, and delivering therapy across individual, group, and family sessions, with some home-based treatment as needed. The position requires a Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field, and licensure in Clinical Mental Health or Licensed Social Work,

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, mental health or related field.
• License in Clinical Mental Health or Licensed Social Work.
• Minimum three (3) years related experience.
• Extensive program and clinical training.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, train and supervise clinical staff.
• Assist in Program Development.
• Provide clinical supervision to mental health interns and clinicians as required.
• Promote adherence toward Trauma Informed Treatment and required initiatives.
• Provide on call services as required.
• Write assessments for treatment planning.
• Coordinate all aspects of the treatment plan with state regulations.
• Manage a caseload of therapeutic services in various formats.
• Coordinate and participate in team meetings and training.
• Ensure compliance with licensing standards and agency policies.
• Complete required documentation accurately.
