Job summary

Community Medical Services (CMS) is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to help individuals with addictions gain access to care. You will work mostly from home with at least one clinic day per week in the Tucson metro area, and occasional travel to Southern AZ clinics.

The role requires a Master’s degree in behavioral health and relevant licensure, plus the ability to manage a caseload and handle substantial paperwork. CMS offers a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree in behavioral health.
• Licensure in one of the listed credentials is required.
• Ability to travel to CMS sites at least weekly.
• Experience counseling or clinical coordination strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate care plans, intakes, discharges, and service plans.
• Coordinate communication between peer specialists, clinicians, and supervisors.
• Assist with counseling and other clinical needs as required by location.
