Job summary

Horizon Health and Wellness, Inc. in Yuma, AZ is seeking a Clinical Coordinator II to lead our behavioral health team in an integrated outpatient clinic.

You will participate in hiring, training, mentoring, and directly supervising staff delivering high-quality care to our clients. The role requires a Masters degree, Arizona licensure or eligibility within 90 days, strong communication, confidentiality, and the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Masters degree required and licensure through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners, or ability to obtain license within 90 days of hire.
• Experience with clinical best practices, trauma-informed care, and working with diverse populations.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and make independent decisions.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a fingerprint clearance card and successfully complete background check.

Qualifications

• Masters degree and Licensure (Associate or Independent) through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners or ability to obtain license within 90 days of hire.
• Experience/knowledge of clinical best practices, therapeutic approaches, trauma-informed care and working with diverse populations.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and make independent decisions.
