Job summary

Horizon Health and Wellness, Inc. seeks a Clinical Coordinator II to oversee behavioral health staff in our integrated outpatient clinic.

You will participate in hiring, training, mentoring, and directly supervising a team dedicated to providing quality behavioral health care to our clients. Qualifications include a Master’s degree and licensure through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners or ability to obtain within 90 days, plus experience with best practices, trauma-informed care,

Qualifications

• Masters degree and licensure (Associate or Independent) through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners or ability to obtain license within 90 days of hire.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and make independent decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee behavioral health staff in our integrated outpatient clinic.
• Participate in hiring, training, mentoring and direct supervision of a multidisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality behavioral health care for clients.
