Horizon Health and Wellness, Inc. seeks a Clinical Coordinator II in Arizona to lead our behavioral health team in an integrated outpatient clinic.

You will participate in hiring, training, mentoring, and supervising a dedicated group delivering quality care to clients. The role requires a Master’s degree with licensure or eligibility within 90 days, knowledge of trauma-informed approaches, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Licensure through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners or eligibility within 90 days.
• Experience with clinical best practices and trauma-informed care.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and with diverse populations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

The Clinical Coordinator II oversees behavioral health staff in our integrated outpatient clinic. In this position you will participate in hiring, training, mentoring, and directly supervising a team dedicated to providing quality behavioral health care to our clients.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree and Licensure (Associate or Independent) through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners or ability to obtain license within 90 days of hire.
• Experience/knowledge of clinical best practices, therapeutic approaches, trauma-informed care and working with diverse populations.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and make independent decisions.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a fingerprint clearance card and successfully complete background check.

Qualifications Preferred:

• Experience providing therapy to behavioral health clients
