Job summary

Horizon Health and Wellness, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Coordinator II to oversee our behavioral health staff in an integrated outpatient clinic.

You will participate in hiring, training, mentoring, and directly supervising a team dedicated to delivering quality behavioral health care. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree with licensure or eligibility in Arizona, demonstrated knowledge of clinical best practices, trauma-informed care, and experience working with diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and licensure/be eligible through AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners
• Experience with clinical best practices, trauma-informed care, and diverse populations
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and make independent decisions
• Must be 21+ years old
• Must obtain fingerprint clearance and pass background check
• Preferred: experience supervising staff in behavioral health
• Preferred: experience providing therapy to behavioral health clients
