Qualifications

• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) is required; MSWs may apply but must obtain license within 3–6 months of hire.
• Minimum of two years' experience working with homeless populations.
• Experience providing behavioral health services.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial support, medication monitoring, crisis intervention, and treatment planning.
• Oversee staff supervision and documentation (AWARDS) and ensure progress notes are updated.
• Coordinate clinical services for residents including discharge planning.
• Provide supportive counseling and behavioral health services.
• Remain on call after hours and on weekends for resident care.
• Assist with financial management for residents enrolled in the payee program.
