Job summary

St. Luke’s Hospital in Missouri is seeking a Clinical Shift Lead to coordinate and communicate the patient’s plan of care within the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

The role requires a Nursing Degree, current Missouri RN licensure, and at least 2 years of Telemetry RN experience plus Charge Nurse experience; responsibilities include staff scheduling, staff development, and performance monitoring aligned with our mission.

Position Summary: The Clinical Shift Lead assists with, facilitates, and communicates the patient’s plan of care to members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team. Also assists with human resource management activities, such as staff scheduling, staff development, and performance monitoring. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission and values.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:

Education: Nursing Degree

Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri

Experience: 2 years of Telemetry RN experience and Charge Nurse Experience
