Job summary

St. Luke’s Hospital is seeking a Clinical Shift Lead RN to facilitate patient care plans and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team. This role includes supporting staff scheduling, development, and performance monitoring to uphold the hospital’s mission and values.

Qualified candidates hold a Nursing Degree and Missouri RN licensure, with at least two years of Telemetry RN experience and prior Charge Nurse experience. Sign-on incentives may apply.

The Clinical Shift Lead assists with, facilitates, and communicates the patient’s plan of care to members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team. Also assists with human resource management activities, such as staff scheduling, staff development, and performance monitoring. Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:

Education: Nursing Degree

Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri

Experience: 2 years of Telemetry RN experience and Charge Nurse Experience
