Job summary

St. Luke’s Hospital in Missouri is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement, educate and evaluate a designated patient group according to Nursing Standards and Hospital Policies. The role includes managing unit supplies and promoting teamwork with the healthcare team.

Education includes a Nursing Degree with current Missouri RN licensure. Cardiac Cath Lab experience and/or ICU background is preferred, telemetry is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Nursing Degree required.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Missouri.
• Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory experience and/or ICU preferred; telemetry required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, educate and evaluate a designated group of patients in accordance with Nursing Standards and Hospital Policies.
• Promote teamwork with all members of the healthcare team and manage unit supplies/equipment.

Position Summary

Performs the primary function of a Registered Nurse assessing, planning, implementing, educating and evaluating a designated group of patients in accordance with all established Nursing Standards and Hospital Policies. Responsible for managing all assigned supplies and equipment on the unit. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:

Education: Nursing Degree

Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri

Experience: Previous Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory experience and /or ICU preferred, telemetry required
