Job summary

GI Alliance is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to support daily clinical operations across assigned clinics in Round Rock, TX. You will coordinate staffing, clinic readiness, supplies, and workflows while serving as a frontline clinical lead in partnership with clinic management to maintain efficient operations and continuity of patient care.

The role requires a Medical Assistant certification and at least two years of clinical experience, preferably in a physician practice or outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Medical Assistant certification is required.
• Minimum of two years of Medical Assistant or comparable clinical experience.
• Previous lead or coordinator experience preferred.
• Experience in a physician practice, specialty clinic, or outpatient setting preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Ability to provide operational direction to peers while maintaining positive working relationships.
