Job summary

DaVita in Fremont, NE is hiring a Clinical Coordinator to lead outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease. You will oversee treatment plans, guide clinical staff, and ensure high standards of care and safety in a fast-paced team environment.

The ideal candidate has an RN license, CPR certification, 18+ months RN experience (6+ months dialysis), ADN required with BSN preferred, and readiness for Charge RN duties. Proficiency with MS Word/Outlook is expected.

Qualifications

• RN license and CPR certification are required.
• 18+ months RN experience, including 6+ months dialysis.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• ICU/ER/Med/Surg experience preferred.
• CNN/CDN certification is a plus.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook) required.
