Job summary

DaVita is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to lead peritoneal dialysis care in an outpatient setting. You’ll provide hands-on patient care, support clinical staff, and help patients manage kidney disease at home with compassion and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities include coordinating care and monitoring outcomes, educating patients and families on home dialysis, supervising teammates, and ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and CPR certification required.
• 18+ months of RN experience, including 6+ months in dialysis.
• Charge RN readiness approval.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred.
• CNN/CDN certification a plus.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Outlook).
