Job summary

DaVita is seeking a Clinical Coordinator/Nurse Manager to lead outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease in Manchester, NH. You’ll oversee treatment delivery, guide clinical staff, and ensure the highest standards of care and safety for our patients.

You will coordinate patient care plans, supervise nurses and patient care technicians, and foster a compassionate, team-driven dialysis program in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and CPR certification.
• 18+ months RN experience, including 6+ months dialysis.
• Charge RN readiness approval required.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred.
• CNN/CDN certification a plus.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook).
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
