Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health discipline.
• 2 years of healthcare/behavioral health experience.
• 2 years of contracts, proposals, program development, regulatory compliance, or healthcare operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical, programmatic, and regulatory expertise to support the Contracts Department in review and development of contracts, proposals, and other contractual requirements.
• Apply clinical training and knowledge of healthcare and behavioral health services, regulatory requirements, and program operations to support contract review and planning.
