Qualifications

• Education: High School Graduate.
• Healthcare experience: 3+ years in progressive training and QA in healthcare.
• Systems analysis: 3–4 years with CRM, EHR, and PMS in a large health system (preferred).
• Leadership: experience leading and training remote workers (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between clinical departments and the Connection Center to drive onboarding and operational success.
• Analyze and optimize booking guidelines to ensure optimal scheduling protocols and efficient provider utilization.
• Facilitate project discovery and requirement gathering, documenting business needs into functional, testable specifications.
• Monitor and report on Connection Center performance, utilizing data to recommend process improvements and template optimizations.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and project committees to ensure alignment between system design, implementation, and clinical feedback.
• Demonstrate mastery of CRM, EHR, and PMS systems to support complex health system workflows and training initiatives.
