Clinical Concierge - NCT with MA/LVN – Plano

Locations currently hiring: 5964 Parker Rd suite 100, Plano, Texas 75093

Work hours: Full-Time, 3-12-hour shifts a week, 7:45 AM – 8:15 PM

What you’ll do:

• Provide outstanding customer service as a "clinical concierge," guiding patients and visitors through their experience in the Urgent Care Clinic.
• Assist with clinical functions, including front and back-office duties, working closely with providers and the clinical team.
• This position will float across multiple Texas Health Urgent Care locations.

What you’ll need:

• H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required
• Completion of an approved NCT training program Required
• Successful completion of a Medical Assistant education program or certification as a Medical Assistant Required
• Successful completion of a vocational nurse program Required
• At least 6 months of previous healthcare facility clinical experience as LVN, MA, CNA, or similar Required
• At least 6 months of previous x-ray experience or completion of an internal THR NCT training program in lieu of experience Required
• Previous experience as a licensed NCT Preferred
• Experience with electronic health records, straight-arm x-ray, and orthopedic procedures Preferred
• NCT (Non-Certified Radiology Technician) registered by the Texas Medical Board upon hire Required
• LVN – Licensed Vocational Nurse in Texas upon hire Required
• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant in lieu of Medical Assistant education if hired after 04/11/2022 Required
• BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support, maintained every 2 years, required prior to providing independent patient care Required
