Position Summary

The Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant I is an exciting opportunity to expand your role in health care by performing clinical tasks and coordinating patient care within the MA-C license scope. At Indigo Urgent Care, you will work collaboratively with your team to ensure optimal health care outcomes and patient experiences, supporting the unit through excellent patient service and clinic management assistance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff, and clinic management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes.
• Perform various functions within the clinic requiring specialized knowledge and resource integration.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care, promoting autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Create and maintain a safe, supportive environment for patients.

Minimum Requirements

Washington State Requirements

• Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C)
• Current BLS Certification or obtain through in-house training
• Minimum one year experience in a medical facility preferred
• Exceptions for externship or residency with active/pending WA DOH MA-R certification within 7 days of hire; WA MA-C license within 45 days of hire

Idaho State Requirements

• Current CMA certification by AAMA, NHA, or NCCT
• WA state MA-C or MA-R license endorsed by Indigo within 30 days
• Current BLS Certification or obtain through in-house training
• Minimum one year experience preferred
• Exceptions for externship or residency with active/pending WA DOH MA-R certification within 7 days of hire

Benefits and Compensation

We offer a comprehensive benefits package including competitive salary, medical, dental, retirement benefits, and paid time off. The pay range is $24.58 - $35.36 USD, influenced by experience, certifications, and education. Pay may also reflect union contracts if applicable.
