Job summary

Tyvan LLC is seeking a Clinical Compliance Nurse to lead focused chart reviews across ED, Observation, and Inpatient services, ensuring adherence to CMS Conditions of Participation and accreditation standards. You will identify system-wide gaps, educate staff, and develop corrective action plans in collaboration with Compliance, Quality, Risk, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

RN license in good standing.
BSN degree required; MSN preferred.
Minimum five (5) years of clinical nursing experience in Emergency Department, Observation, Acute Care, or Hospital Operations.
Experience in healthcare compliance, quality, accreditation, risk management, or nursing leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine and targeted chart audits across ED, Observation, and Inpatient services.
Review documentation, workflows, and clinical practices for compliance.
Identify trends and recurring compliance concerns through chart reviews and data analysis.
Investigate underlying causes of documentation and process deficiencies; collaborate on sustainable solutions.
Partner with Compliance, Quality, Risk Management, and Operations teams on system-wide improvements.
Provide education and coaching to nursing staff, providers, and leadership.
Assist with regulatory survey readiness activities and corrective action plans.
Participate in root cause analyses, focused reviews, and performance improvement projects.
Develop audit tools, educational materials, and compliance monitoring reports.
