Humboldt Park Health in Chicago seeks a RN Director of Clinical Compliance to develop and sustain a comprehensive regulatory compliance and survey readiness program. Reporting to the VP of Quality & Risk Management, this leader serves as the hospital's operational authority for compliance and accreditation readiness.

The role requires 5–7 years in TJC accreditation, hospital operations, and clinical leadership, with a nursing bachelor's and a preference for a master's in healthcare

Formación

• 5-7 years of experience in TJC accreditation, hospital operations, and clinical leadership.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards (TJC, CMS, IDPH, OSHA, CDC).
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster survey readiness.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the hospital's continuous regulatory compliance and survey readiness program.
• Develop strategic plans to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance and accreditation readiness.
• Interpret new regulations and translate them into operational expectations.
• Coordinate survey readiness activities and prepare leadership for interviews.
• Oversee tracer programs, mock surveys, and evidence-based corrective actions.
• Provide routine executive reporting on readiness, trends, and KPIs.
• Foster a culture of continuous compliance and accountability.

Educación

Bachelor's in Nursing

Masters preferred in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or similar
