OhioHealth is seeking a skilled Coding Education and Quality Analyst to conduct professional coding audits across inpatient, outpatient, and clinic service lines. You will educate physicians, coders, and staff on ICD-10-CM/PCS guidelines, coding compliance, and government regulations, and respond to third‑party audits.

Strong collaboration with medical staff to improve accuracy and performance is essential.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Certifications CCS, CCSP, CPC, CPCH and RHIA are preferred.
• Three years of coding experience in a medical setting.

Responsabilités

• Conduct facility and charge entry audits across hospital, clinic, and service lines.
• Educate physicians, coders, and staff on coding and compliance updates.
• Respond to third‑party audits and support coding management in issue resolution.
• Collaborate with medical staff to address coding queries and improve quality indicators.

CCS - Certified Coding Specialist - AHIMA

CCSP - Cisco Certified Security Professional - CISCO

CPC - CPC Certified Professional Coder - AAPC

CPCH - Certified Professional Coder - Hospital - AAPC
