Mercyhealth is seeking a Clinical Certified Nursing Assistant to provide hands-on patient care on a fast-paced healthcare team. The role includes 32 hours per week with variable shifts, and requires completing a CNA program and current state certification. CPR/BLS within 90 days is required.

The position emphasizes patient safety, accurate documentation, and collaboration with RN staff while floating to units as needed to support patient needs.

• Answer call lights promptly and courteously.
• Document care and observations accurately.
