Crisp Regional Hospital in Cordele, GA, is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant for a full-time, day shift on-site position. Under the supervision of the Physician Services department, you will collect data, provide comfort and care, and support patient flow in a diverse, interdisciplinary team.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, certification as a Medical Assistant, and up to one year of related experience.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; MA certification required.
• Medical Assistant certification is required for this role.
• Up to one year of related work experience preferred; on-the-job training may apply.
• Business office/administrative skills are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with data collection and patient comfort during visits.
• Coordinate scheduling and referrals as directed by physicians.
• Communicate test results and follow-up needs to patients and families.
• Maintain patient care plans and education with clarity and empathy.
• Ensure rooms are stocked and supplies reordered as needed.
• Participate as part of the interdisciplinary team to deliver quality care.
