Job summary

Qualifications

• Certification eligibility to take ASCP/MT/MLT registry exam within one year of employment.
• Ability to perform routine and esoteric laboratory procedures within established time guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prevents errors, accidents and infections to prioritize patient and workplace safety.
• Obtains, labels, and delivers specimens according to standards; maintains equipment and work area; performs troubleshooting and data interpretation.
