Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing profitability and budgets, delivering high-quality clinical care, maintaining documentation, and ensuring OSHA/Medicare compliance.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
• Credentials: Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Skills: Strong leadership, clinical problem-solving, and basic proficiency in Windows-based systems.
• Physical: Ability to stand/walk for shifts, assist in patient transfers, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Staff Therapists and Aides; conduct performance reviews and manage employee relations.
• Oversee center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Evaluate and treat patients while ensuring high-quality care and thorough documentation.
• Ensure compliance with State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols.
• Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
