Job summary

California State University, Chico is seeking a Clinical Case Manager to support WellCat Services and Project Rebound, focusing on early intervention and access to care and housing resources for students.

The role requires crisis intervention skills, counseling, and case management with a emphasis on diverse student populations. Work may occur in WCS offices or satellite campus locations.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to four years of professional student services work experience including advising students.
• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field may substitute for one year of experience.
• Experience working with historically marginalized students is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated primary care behavioral health services and brief assessments.
• Offer individual, couples, and group counseling; crisis intervention and outreach.
• Perform case management and liaison to campus and community resources.
• Support new student orientation and connect students to appropriate care.
