Connections for Kids in Maine is seeking an amazing candidate for our Targeted Case Manager position to work with children and families in Androscoggin County.

You will assess client needs, develop, implement and coordinate individualized plans in collaboration with families and supports, and help navigate community resources to improve outcomes for children facing mental health challenges, behavioral concerns or developmental disabilities. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field.
• LSW license OR willingness to apply for Conditional LSX (CFK supervision provided to obtain licensure) in ME.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, caring, and a strong children's advocate.

Position: Clinical Case Manager (TCM)

Compensation: $23-$26/Hr

Status: Part-time (~20 hours/ week)

Location: Androscoggin County

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field.
• Must have your LSW (Licensed Social Worker) OR be willing to to apply for your Conditional LSX (CFK will provide supervision to obtain license) in ME;
• Have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance;

• Are creative, caring and a strong children's advocate;
