Job summary

Meadows Psychiatric Center, a 119-bed behavioral health facility near State College, PA, seeks a Clinical Case Manager. This full-time role supports coordination of patient care plans with emphasis on wellness and team collaboration.

Monday–Friday daytime schedule with some weekend rotation, within UHS network. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field, and strong time-management and organizational skills.

• One year of relevant work experience, preferred
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
