Job Opportunity: Clinical Case Manager in Oakland

We are hiring for a Clinical Case Manager in Oakland.

Responsibilities: Under the general direction of the Program Director, the Clinical Case Manager is responsible for providing individual case management and rehabilitative individual and group therapies as part of an interdisciplinary team. The Supported Independent Living (SIL) Service Team offers intensive outpatient mental health and case management services to individuals with co-occurring serious mental illness and substance use disorders in Alameda County.

Qualifications: ACSW, AMFT, APCC required.

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
