Job summary

Advance Services, Inc. in downtown Omaha seeks a Clinical Case Manager to provide confidential behavioral health and substance use support within our Employee Assistance Program. You will help employees access resources, develop care plans, and coordinate services in a compassionate setting.

This temporary, part-time role (20–25 hours/week) may transition to full-time with expanded responsibilities. Begin as early as August; compensation commensurate with education, licensure, and experience.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related behavioral health field.
  • Full independent behavioral health licensure preferred.
  • Candidates actively working toward independent licensure encouraged.
  • Provisionally licensed clinicians welcome; supervision available.
  • Experience in case management, behavioral health, EAP, or substance use counseling preferred.
  • Strong assessment, documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain clinical boundaries and confidentiality in a corporate wellness environment.
  • Proficiency with EHR systems and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments, coordinate care, develop service plans, and connect employees with community and behavioral health resources.
  • Provide assessment, brief intervention, education, and ongoing support for substance use concerns; coordinate referrals for treatment.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, confidential electronic health records per standards.
  • Deliver short-term, solution-focused counseling and resource navigation through EAP services.
  • Collaborate with internal and external providers to ensure high-quality, coordinated care while maintaining boundaries.

Job description

Join our team in downtown Omaha as a Clinical Case Manager supporting our Employee Assistance Program (EAP). In this role, you will provide compassionate, confidential behavioral health and substance use support to employees while helping them access the resources they need to thrive.

This is a temporary, part-time position (20–25 hours per week) with the potential to transition into a full-time, permanent role that includes expanded clinical and program development responsibilities. The position is anticipated to begin as early as August. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with education, licensure, and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Case Management: Conduct assessments, coordinate care, develop service plans, and connect employees with appropriate community and behavioral health resources.
  • Substance Use Support: Provide assessment, brief intervention, education, and ongoing support for employees experiencing substance use concerns, while coordinating referrals for specialized treatment when appropriate.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential electronic health records in accordance with professional, ethical, and organizational standards.
  • Employee Assistance Services: Support employees through personal and workplace challenges by delivering short-term, solution-focused counseling, consultation, and resource navigation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure coordinated, high-quality care while maintaining appropriate clinical boundaries and confidentiality.
