Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring for a START Coordinator in Greenville, NC and surrounding areas. This regular position requires a Bachelor’s in Social Work or related field, with a Master’s degree considered a plus, and 2+ years of experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.

Travel and certifications may be required. Responsibilities include developing crisis plans, monitoring implementation, coordinating services, and providing targeted training to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Social Services, Human Services or Special Education required.
• Master’s degree a plus.
• Minimum 2 years experience with persons with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities required.
• 1-year experience if paired with Master’s degree.
• Must meet requirements for both Qualified Developmental Disability Professional and Qualified Mental Health Professional.

Responsibilities

• Develops and revises the cross systems crisis plans in a timely fashion.
• Monitors the implementation of the plan.
• Performs Case Management functions of linking and arranging for services and referrals.
• Provides families and stakeholders with individual-specific training and training in the knowledge, skills, and abilities required by the population and age to be served.
• Provides consultation to the system on the clinical needs of the individual's care.
