Job summary

Amego in Franklin, MA is seeking an Experienced Clinical Case Coordinator to support children with autism and developmental disabilities. You will implement Behavior Support Plans, assist with FBAs, collect data, and collaborate with BCBAs and a multidisciplinary team to drive positive outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum one year of ABA experience.
  • At least two years of experience supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or developmental disabilities.
  • Currently working toward BCBA certification or an active RBT credential.
  • CPR, First Aid, and Safety Care certification (or willingness to obtain).

What You'll Do
  • Implementing individualized Behavior Support Plans across school, residential, and community settings
  • Assisting with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), preference assessments, and behavior programming
  • Collecting, analyzing, and graphing behavioral data to support treatment decisions
  • Monitoring program integrity and student progress

  • Leading therapeutic group activities that build communication, social, play, and community skills
  • Collaborating with BCBAs to modify and improve behavioral interventions

  • Providing direct support to students when needed to ensure continuity of care
Grow Your Clinical Experience
  • Participate in Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and the development of Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
  • Present at IEP meetings and medication reviews
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals including Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, medical providers, educators, and BCBAs
  • Develop leadership skills by training, coaching, and mentoring staff
  • Work closely with experienced BCBAs while strengthening your clinical decision-making and ABA knowledge
  • Gain valuable experience for future BCBA certification or other advanced clinical roles

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum one year of ABA experience

  • Currently working toward BCBA certification or an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
  • Supervisory experience preferred but not required
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to drive agency vehicles
  • CPR, First Aid, and Safety Care certification (or willingness to obtain)
