Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; BLS certification required.
• Previous nursing assistant experience or clinical exposure preferred.
• CNA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take and document vital signs and EKGs.
• Assist with daily patient care and activities of daily living.
• Support RNs with bedside care and comfort measures.
• Document information in EHR with confidentiality.
• Follow infection control protocols and safety policies.
• Communicate with patients and care team about plans.
• Provide patient care appropriate to age and condition.
