Job Overview:

In this role, you will work under the direction of the RN to provide care to the patients on the unit. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: taking vital signs, performing EKGs, phlebotomy, and assisting with or providing bedside care such as bathing, mouth care, and skin care. This position requires working every other weekend and holiday.

Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association

Preferred:

• Prior experience in patient care (preferred)
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with others
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Certifications and Licenses Required:

• AHA BLS certification
